John:

Back on December 3, you sent me an e-mail asking to meet with me having been given my book about the Phoenix Open.  You indicated that you were involved with the initial Phoenix Country Club's History Week 2011 and asked for my historical input.  I brought some neat items, like Calvin Peete's 1986 winner's trophy, for review.

I was then extended an invitation to be a part of PCC's History Week and to display memorabilia from the Phoenix Open, 1932 to 1986.  Everything went exceptionally well.  The set up and presentation was successful do in large part to your support and the professionalism and efficiency of the PCC staff.

My time at Phoenix Country Club was most pleasurable.  The members and staff were wonderful, very pleasant and most helpful.  I felt at ease.  John, I wish to extend to you my "Thank You" for your tenacity in making the first History Week a success.  You were delightful to work with.  All I had to do was meet or exceed your expectations.  And that was easy.

Extend to all at PCC my compliments.  Please let me know if I can be of further service to PCC.

Regards,

Jack Mishler
