Phoenix Country Club offers several banquet venues for a Member to host their special event. Whether a business meeting/luncheon, baby shower or wedding reception, we accommodate groups from 10 to 400. Our services include audio-visual, table setup, preference for food stations, dance floors, etc. We are dedicated to ensure your special event is well planned and organized.
The Board Room is set up with a large conference table to accommodate ten to sixteen people. It is ideal for private meetings with access to a teleconference phone and video presentation.
The Nicklaus, Palmer, and Miller rooms may be used as one large banquet room to accommodate groups up to 120, or separated by air walls to accommodate smaller groups. Each room can be equipped with microphones, video equipment, podiums, etc.
The President’s Room serves a dual purpose with it’s own bar, patio and views of the golf course. It is elegantly decorated with comfortable couches, chairs and coffee tables to provide a memorable reception setting. Ideal for business meetings or luncheons.
Approximately 4,300 sq. ft., this room can be separated into two smaller rooms. With a panoramic view of our golf course and Piestewa Peak, the Ballroom accommodates groups from 60 to 300 with the option of using just one room or both. With plenty of room for a band and dance floor, our Ballroom is ideal for weddings, Mitzvahs, fundraisers and holiday parties.
